On a phone, I have to tap like 10x's to create a task, send a chat, or find something. I hardly use it because by the time I find what I want, I forgot what I needed to do. This is a major bottleneck in people's workflow. ClickUp can be the king of Overwhelm, we need an easier way.

We need an AI mobile concierge. A home screen widget that pops open the ClickUp mobile concierge, and a voice asks, "What can I help you with?" Just a floating bubble that vibrates when it talks...like the other AI chatbots.

I would respond with:

"Create a task about xyz, assign it to Gerald the Giraffe" And it would do it in seconds. Then I can close it and move on with my life.

or:

"Send a chat to Gerald G., asking him to grab the delivery in the back"

or:

"Schedule a meeting on my calendar titled Gerald's Performance Review, with status to be confirmed." That way I see an event on my calendar that I need to complete with invites and meeting info.

You get the idea. I'd prefer not to tap through multitudes of menus anymore. Let the AI assistant ask me what I want, then just go do it :)
