I have same email with click up and quickbooks, both admin. Cant initiate sync, says email is not found in quickbooks.

I integrated QuickBooks with ClickUp, but whenever I perform any action from the QuickBooks side, it doesn’t reflect on ClickUp, and it stays in failed tasks. I don’t understand the reasons behind it.
