Dear god please

The task statuses in the mobile application are not always properly synchronized with the statuses they have in the web or desktop application. This occurs even when refreshing the mobile application's homepage. Exiting the application entirely and relaunching it does not even resolve the issue. This is not sustainable.

Overdue items should show up in today section—even if also shown in overdue section—and be marked clearly (eg highlighted in pink). There should be an easy way to defer them until later, hide from today view, or change due date. In this context they’d also show up in calendar and agenda section on desktop, also marked in a unique way to distinguish them from non overdue items.

With the new App 3.0 interface, tracking time is a much worse experience. This is a major problem, since time tracking is one of the main reasons to use the app. Previously the workflow was a single tap on the nicely colored play button. Now, when I open the task I can't even SEE the time tracking. I have to remember where it is, swipe all the way to the left in the top bar thing to see a dull, grey button (which doesn't even show how much time I've tracked), then tap twice to actually start the clock. Continuing the theme, there is no indication within the task that it is the task I am currently tracking time to. Yes, you have the green bar at the top from before, but I have to read the task name to confirm where I'm at. Finally, I have to swipe left and tap twice again to stop the clock. How to fix it: Add a second row to that top bar of options, so that you can see time tracking immediately on opening a task. Lose the grey stopwatch + "Track Time" button and go back to a play button with numbers next to it showing time tracked so far.

Bug fix: In Mobile, Threaded Comments Disabled, but still allows you to Comment on Thread We have threaded comments disabled on our platform. From my inbox, if I click directly on a comment, it takes me to the thread of that comment and in the text bar at the bottom it says "Reply to this thread". If I comment and click save, it saves the comment, but comes up with an error "Threaded comments Clickup must be enabled". But to all intents and purposes, it looks like the comment has been saved. This has created issues in the past when someone thinks that they have responded, but the comment disappears. Solution: From inbox, when you click on the comment, and when threaded comments are disabled, instead of going to the comment thread, you should go directly to the task activity page, so you can comment by 'posting an update'.

Remove the need to click Show All to see all tasks.

On Android app currently I have to tap Due Date to see if a task is set up for recurring. Would be nice to have an indicator on Task Details, like on desktop. Even better to show the recurring setting i.e., "every 1 week" in a smaller, different color font right below Due Date

Legacy My Work allows rearranging tasks. It's a nice flexible way to quickly line up tasks for Today. New My Work doesn't allow rearrange.

In Clickup Mobile version 3.0, the files we added as custom fields in tasks cannot be opened. We can download them but we cannot open them for viewing.

Updating task status on Task screen used to be exciting, nice colorful big button. Can't quite remember exactly how it looked. But the new Status feels bland and blend in with other task attributes. Hard to find, and boring to use.
