True collaborative editing / real time editing / Make the task description like a google doc
It is nice to see if somebody is viewing a task and to get a warning that somebody else is editing the description of a task. However, we need more! Our organisation is used to google docs. So we would expect to see the cursors of all people currently working in the description and see their text as they type letter by letter. Right now, we usually see a warning, and then nothing for 20-30 seconds until it updates. So what typically happens is that people copy paste a link to a google doc into the description and then work there. Obviously this is less then ideal for search, visibility, usability etc. To avoid this, we need the description to behave like a google doc in the sense that multiple people can type at the same time and both see what the other person is highlighting and typing.
Automated, rules-based workflows - e.g. in a given list, when any item is moved to 'to-do' column, automatically assign to x person + set a reminder
Group by Custom Field
I'd like to be able to group tasks in the list and kanban view based on a dropdown field.
Intake / Request Forms
Create a Form that client will complete that provides information needed Information is stored in a task Form can also automatically create a templated Project / Tasks Example: Client On-Boarding of Facebook Ads Client We do the same setup steps for every client Client gives us all the information we need through a form, even photos/video This is added to "Partner Intake" Task On-Boarding Project with templated tasks is created Team goes to work
User Groups: Bulk assign or mention #3zk
@assignees @watchers plus.. any custom group you create
"Done" statuses should ignore due date
As a user, I would like statuses that I've categorized as "Done" in the status settings to ignore due dates just like the baked-in "Completed" status. This would reduce the number of irrelevant notifications I get, potentially making me more productive.
Add tasks to multiple projects
There is a missing feature on ClickUp that I used on Asana frequently. Sometimes we need to add a task to multiple projects. You can see the feature in the image below.
Possibility to @mention into Doc (page views app)
Possibility to @mention into Doc (page views app). Currently it is possible only to add tasks by #task
Widgets for Android Clickup 2.0
Greetings. I noticed that widgets are missing in the new Android update. The same widgets as the old app would be great. In particular, I'm personally interested in having a widget that displays tasks in one list and adding a task through the widget adds task to that list by default. This can make jotting down tasks easy.
An actual offline mode that's worthy of the name
Maybe not on web, but the desktop app (and the Android 2.0 app) need to be fully functional offline - allowing editing of tasks, old and new, as well as viewing them. This is effectively a duplicate of https://clickup.canny.io/20/p/web-offline-access-and-creation-of-tasks, except that that has been marked as completed when it clearly isn't.
