List Templates: List description should be pinned/unpinned as in template

We rely on the description of lists to give us metadata that is used by many people every day across many different lists. Having to manually click "pin" on every list adds another annoying step to the creation of each list that can easily be forgotten and leads to friction.
Either have it set as it is in the template or make it pinned by default if there is anything written in it. Why would i put a description there if i wanted it hidden?

We now carry over the List description pin state, if empty statuses should be shown, and if the wrap text setting is enabled!

Brendan W being able to pin list descriptions and be assured that everyone will see them is such a huge and awesome feature! I would love to see this extended to Folders and Spaces. As I understood it one of the goals of 3.0 was to make attributes across spaces/folders/lists as consistent as possible. Thanks!
