Mobile Feature Requests

Add the ability to easily manage tags in mobile apps. This is important for the implementation of the GTD system. I use tags as a context (home, on the road, thinking, etc.). Example: in a mobile application, I need to click "on the road" and see all the tasks in all projects with this tag.

For the way my industry works, theres often 100 things that were supposed to be done yesterday that now need to be done today, and seeing that at a glance via a widget is the only way we can adopt using it mobile.

I'd like the Android widget to be for a single selected list rather than the Inbox only, which is the current offering I have.

It would be amazing if we could have a simple time tracking widget for iOS Home Screen or shortcuts. iOS 18 just came out and it removed support for legacy widgets so my Clockify time tracking is no longer there. I would much rather use the time tracker inside ClickUp anyway and since we can now use shortcuts as quick actions from the Lock Screen this would be a great opportunity to also have some simple timer widget as well. If this could also be applied to the notepad as well it would be a huge time saver!

With the improvements to IOS widgets most of us have an idea, thought or task we need to quickly grab into a ClickUp inbox. The traditional way of reminders/tasks isn't great. We need Quick Action Widget Buttons: -Voice Clips -Video Clips -Task Creation (With association to specific preset lists) -Chat

Sometimes wanna be look many things such as event, task, note.

Currently only task names are shown in random order. Please show start and due times and order chronologically to improve practical use.

Having a widget for starting/pausing/stopping the time tracking for any task would make that feature even more useful than it already is. Having a relevant and interactive checklist visible on a Home Screen like iOS Reminders would make that feature really versatile. Being able to see even a small but clickable preview of the most recent attachment for a task or list would help improve communication between myself and my team since we’re constantly revising diagrams and designs.

Add the Personal list as an option in the list selector of the New Task widget for iOS

Please make the color of the home tab widgets the same color as the app header or at least make it another shade of grey or black that has better contrast. It's a small change but using an app that I like the look of, makes me and my clients want to use it more. :)
