It is absolutely ridiculous that the option to browse for a task by location when mentioning a task in comments and when adding a relationship/dependency has been removed, leaving only a recent task list and a search bar. This has added at least 15 minutes to my work just this afternoon, trying to find the correct tasks to link/mention. Searching when many workspaces have tasks with similar, if not identical, names, without being able to do so by location, is wildly inefficient. Why remove functionality? Seriously, I can not even begin to comprehend why this would be removed. Make it make sense, someone, please...

It would be awesome if we could hide custom field values (i.e., dropdowns) when it is no longer publicly needed, but we want to retain the original submissions with those values. Example: removing event registration options when they are full - without losing which event they registered for data.

I would like to be able to dynamically adjust task permissions based on a trigger. Current use case in our workspace would be to limit member user access to tasks to view-only once the task is closed.
