The AI usage dashboard is a great start, but admins need deeper insights. We can see total credits consumed, but not who used them or what generated the usage. Adding user-level analytics, feature-level breakdowns, filters, exports, and usage alerts would make it much easier to manage AI adoption and credit consumption.

I use greyscale with a color filter on my iPhone during my workdays because it improves my focus. But the icons for the shortcuts widget become invisible in this mode (see attached). Could you please adjust the icons (perhaps inverse white/color area?) so they are displayed while using this very-helpful-for-productivity setting?

Reposting this request from 2023 that has still not been updated or commented on by a CU Rep: For the fields: Due Date, Start Date, Date Created, Date Updated, Date Closed, Date Done the date format should remove the "th" or "st" so it's readable. Example Friday, "January 6th 2023" should be at least changed to "January 6 2023" or similar so it can be "coerced into a date" format per the error message in spreadsheet programs. This shouldn't be a difficult improvement, and it would be significant for data analysts, especially when we are doing data manipulation that can't be achieved in CU to begin with (ie. more detailed and controllable graphs + formulas)

We are implementing a purchasing workflow in ClickUp, using custom statuses. So "Ready for Approval" and "Approved" are two statuses. Only one member of our team can approve purchases. I'd like to be able to set up an automation where if anyone but that team member changes the status to "Approved" it flips the status back to "Ready for Approval", but to do that I need to have the ability to set a condition regarding the person who made the change that triggered the automation.

We would like Timesheet Approvers to be able to view the complete description associated with a time entry when reviewing submitted timesheets, without requiring Admin permissions or the ability to edit another user’s time entry. Currently, Members who are designated as Timesheet Approvers and who already have permission to View Time Tracked by Other Users can see time entries in the Timesheet Approval interface, but longer descriptions are truncated. There is no option to click, expand, hover, or otherwise open the entry to view the full description. Admins can access the complete time-entry details, but assigning Admin permissions is not an appropriate workaround because it also allows the approver to modify other users’ time entries. For organizations using Timesheet Approvals as a financial or project-control process, the approver needs enough information to verify that time has been charged appropriately before approving it. The current setup creates a separation-of-duties issue: users either have insufficient visibility to properly review the entry, or they must be given permissions that allow them to modify the information they are supposed to be independently reviewing. Requested functionality: Allow a Timesheet Approver to open or expand a time entry and view the full description and other supporting details in read-only mode, while retaining no ability to edit the hours, description, task, date, or other time-entry information. This could be addressed either by: making the full description expandable directly within the Timesheet Approval interface; or allowing approvers to open the time entry in a read-only detail view. This would significantly improve the usefulness of Timesheet Approvals for organizations that require meaningful review, auditability, and appropriate segregation of duties.

I would like the ability to select and add multiple tasks/tickets in a single instance, rather than adding a single item at a time, also to have that task visible when added.

Please add an option to disable email recipient autocomplete The new email commenting feature constantly suggests recipients from my entire email history. The list is huge and contains people I have contacted at some point in the past, many of whom have absolutely nothing to do with my current ClickUp workspace or task. This makes selecting a recipient unnecessarily distracting and annoying, especially when the recipient I actually want is buried among hundreds/thousands of irrelevant suggestions. Please add a setting to completely disable recipient autocomplete/suggestions, or at least limit suggestions to: * people in the current ClickUp Workspace, * recent recipients, or * recipients manually added by the user. Not every person I've ever emailed needs to be resurrected every time I want to send a task email. 😅 Please give users control over this.

Allow users to create completely custom Dashboard Cards by simply describing to ClickUp AI what they want to see. The current Dashboard Cards are too limited, making it difficult to turn all the information inside ClickUp into a simple, useful overview. ------ I would love to see an AI-powered dashboard card builder in ClickUp, similar to the way tools like Lovable let you describe what you want and then create it for you. Instead of choosing from a fixed set of dashboard cards and trying to configure them to fit your workflow, I want to simply describe the information I want to see. For example: "Create a card showing all overdue tasks across my projects, grouped by assignee. Show the number of overdue tasks per person and highlight tasks that are more than 7 days overdue." Or: "Show me how many Story Points are currently planned per team member for the next 4 weeks, split by week." ClickUp AI would then create the appropriate dashboard card, including the filters, grouping, calculations, and visualization. Why this would be valuable For me, dashboards should be the place where ClickUp turns a large amount of project data into a simple overview of what is happening, what needs attention, and where problems are developing. The current dashboard cards are too restrictive for this. I often know exactly what information I want to see, but there isn't a card that can display it in the way I need. Without good dashboards, ClickUp can become overwhelming because there is so much information spread across tasks, lists, projects, assignees, dates, statuses, and custom fields. An AI dashboard builder could solve this by letting users create dashboards around the way they actually run their business instead of having to adapt their workflow to the available cards. Ideally, you could also go back to an AI-created card later and say things like: "Change this to the last 30 days." "Only include active client projects." "Group this by project instead of assignee." "Add the total Story Points." "Turn this into a bar chart." "Exclude completed tasks." This would make ClickUp dashboards dramatically more flexible without requiring ClickUp to manually build a dashboard card for every possible use case.
