In addition to task activity, it would be helpful if the ai standups included activity that happens within docs as well. We have someone who's been doing a lot of strategy work in docs and none of that information was included. It only showed one thing he did in an actual task.

Current Limitation: Currently, ClickUp Brain (Super Agents) appears to only access the "Total Time Tracked" values. It does not possess the visibility to read specific descriptions/notes attached to time entries made by team members. As a manager, when I ask the AI to "Summarize what the team worked on yesterday," it can only provide a list of tasks and total hours. It completely misses the context and granular details that my team members record in their time logs (e.g., specific blockers, design iterations, or code refactoring details). The Feature Request: Please expand the AI's capabilities to read and aggregate Time Entry Descriptions across the workspace. The AI should be able to process the text within time logs from all team members to generate comprehensive summaries. Use Case / Why this is important: Efficient Team Oversight: Managers currently have to manually click through individual time logs or export CSVs to see what was actually done during those hours. AI could instantly summarize this. Consolidated Client Reporting: We need to generate reports for clients that combine work done by multiple team members. AI should be able to look at the team's time notes and draft a "Weekly Progress Report" automatically. Project Health Checks: By analyzing the team's time descriptions, AI could identify recurring issues (e.g., multiple members logging "fixing build errors") that aren't obvious from just looking at task statuses. Desired Outcome: I want to be able to ask ClickUp Brain: "Review the development team's time logs for the last sprint and summarize the key activities and roadblocks mentioned in their descriptions."

Similar to "projects" in ChatGPT, it would be incredibly useful to allow individual conversations had with Brain placed into their own folders vs the current way of having just a long list of past conversations. This could also go a step further and allow for chats to be associated with specific tasks/docs manually or automatically based on where the user is currently working inside of ClickUp.

It would be amazing if we could provide personalization instructions to the third-party models, similar to how you can do that in the model's app themselves. Natively, the AI models are very chatty and give praise intros, use emoji's, paragraphs of text where 3 bullet points would have been fine, etc.

Simple tasks that I can do well myself ok, but also useless. Never delivers complete task results, asks the same stupid questions over and over again without reacting correctly to the answers. It's like I'm communicating with a troll who deliberately wants to provoke me. Set up tasks (for example, there are no subtasks) that are incorrect.

I've been trying to get a formatted and complete compilation of the mapped task structure, with subtasks, for almost two hours. It seems impossible. I've searched for dozens of variants of a prompt description, some with technical support from ChatGPT. The result is always incomplete, sorted incorrectly, and provided with arbitrary numbers. As an example, I've posted a chat history (from dozens of this day). Clickup claims, for example, in the Features chapter, are not subtasks. Clickup omits Inhelte. Klickup then explains to me what mistake it made or the AI works this way and that. I find the task set rather banal. If there weren't so many entries, I could manually compile them. But why do I pay for an AI tool?

Just adopted ClickUp for collaboration on projects with customers, but trying to use it as much as possible for other business task management as well. I love the concept of Super Agents, and created 2 to play around with it. I created one that send me a daily summary of things I need to get to, but...no integration with M365/Outlook. Only Google. Really? Why?? I don't know about the US, but here in Canada over 80% of SMBs I deal with are in M365! Wouldn't that integration make A LOT of people happy? Cheers!

Everywhere the system talks about "Brain" doing something is confusing as we have a team member named "Brian". Makes quick looks a pages that have both on them difficult to use. An option to rename "Brain" to something else would be extremely helpful.

The AI wont reply to my messages and will leave me with a blank answer.

you should add the ability to summarize calls like on zoom
