I'm very happy with ClickUp and I can say that I never needed to switch to another app. I still have a big problem though: even after I made lists and tasks for the apps I use, I still need a dedicated app for logins and passwords and here's what I mean... Dropbox had a small Chrome extension that was automatically saving all passwords and logins from every website that had to create new accounts on. It was very useful for small websites that I was using occasionally, but they were definitely needed. They discontinued it and I lost all information...they did email us, but they could have sent a popup notification in the app that we were paying for... Logins are the only super scary thing that if we lose, we are definitely doomed. yes, we use Google Authenticator, but we also need a password system that encourages us to change them periodically because some websites do not have 2FA and scammers are constantly fishing for data to sell it. By the time we finished changing passwords, they are already sold. We know this because Google sends notifications about it. we also need an app that can be securely updated and that we know for sure that it will not be deleted on any device and it should be able to type in login data automatically, just like safari passwords does. The problem with these little apps is that they cannot hold more than 2 fields, so we are forced to use multiple apps for multiple websites and this is very STRESSFUL because we are always afraid that someday, any app can get cancelled. another aspect is a way to access this app or ClickUp in case we lose our phone. I know we can save recovery codes, but can we get some sort of physical thing that we can use to recover our digital lives in case of calamity? I think the problem is much bigger, but I'll leave it at that, calling it "risk management"... Thanks for reading, Sorina
