Time view: option to delete start date instead of due date when dragging into "All day"

When I drag a task that has a start and due date into the "All day" section in time view, it deletes my due date and doesn't show in list view when sorting by due date. Would it be possible to have an option when dragging a task that has a start and due date into the "All day" section to ask whether I want to delete the start date or due date?
