I manage an extensive marketing calendar, and we put the name of the list it's going to at the start of every task. It would be amazing if there was an automation where the tag and custom field could be automated if the task name includes a specific list. I.e. INSM: Webinar Email 1 - trigger would capture INSM and add the INSM tag and the INSM custom field. I use the custom field so I can color-code our sends. Currently I have to duplicate up to 7 tasks per day, then change the task name and then set the custom field and tag, and then do this for a 7 day campaign. It's incredibly time-consuming.
