Search for tasks that Match one specified tag and DOESN'T HAVE a different specified tag

Right now we can only search for tasks with one or other tags, or with all particular tags; if I want to search for tasks with one tag and that do NOT have a different specified tag, I'm out of luck.

This can be done with setting up a filter of "Tags is X" and "Tags is not Y"
