Privacy and confidentiality is of upmost importance. There really should be more intricate controls and permissions. Different teams are created for different projects, and we want to be able to limit unnecessary exposure.

Team, this feature is much required as we try to restrict the visibility on how internal structure is organized. On defining a team, we should also have the ability to set permissions to specific Space or List the team should show up or have access. Also allow one or more guests to be part of a team so that we can assign tasks to them. In current collaborative world this is much needed feature.

Exposing the team names makes it difficult to use ClickUp with external clients. If you group your client users into teams by their company name, then all other clients can see your full client list. Also clutters the interface to have to look through potentially dozens of team names, even ones that have no permission on that folder/list.
