Being able to annotate directly onto any Microsoft documents would be incredibly helpful.
Having the ability to download documents once they are annotated for storage on internal servers.

Our parent accompany made us move to click up from HIVE. Take a look at HIVE and their proofing rounds and features. That should be the bare minimum that any sort of project management system that involves creative markets should have.

How about proofing images and pdfs on forms? Some projects it's a little heavy handed to invite the client to ClickUp, but having them mockup an image with comments via a form would be awesome!

I would love to see an update to proofing. We do a high amount of proofing and I think this feature could be improved significantly with:
- Ability to share a proofing link with non-ClickUp users.
I don't need to add my clients as guests to my entire list or task, nor do they need to see all of my teams internal comments to each other. A simple link that I could provide that would allow clients to provide feedback directly on a designed document would be a huge improvement.
- Jump to a specific comment from the full list of comments.
I've noticed that, particularly when there are a high number of comments, it can be a little difficult to find or jump to the correct comment from the list. Clicking the comment number on the page to show the correct comment can be a little buggy too. It would be nice if, when you clicked on the comment number from the full list, if it would jump you straight to where that comment lives. And vice versa--if you click on the comment on the page, it would be great if the corresponding comment could pull up immediately.
- Ability to highlight specific text on a pdf file.
Rather than just having the basic numbers, it would be great if you could highlight specific words or lines in a .pdf document. The current circle numbers are great for large elements, but when you have documents with lots of text, they can get rather overwhelming and the numbers often block the actual text that's meant to be edited.
If these improvements aren't possible, a more direct integration with a more robust proofing program (something like PageProof) would be very welcome.
