Especially with agents it would be relevant to have description changes as trigger.

Additionally there would need to be a mechanism (e.g. timer) to prevent it from triggering while still editing the task.

Use case: I want a summary of a task after the description is updated or the comment is updated in a Chat channel or Doc page.
