On-Boarding Project with templated tasks is created

This is super easy in Asana. Takes minutes and works really well. Would be good to have this feature. We are considering the move and I just came looking for this particular feature.

- Would be great to allow users to choose multiple selections within the drop down custom field to function as a "choose all that apply?
- Is there a currently a way to add sections or breaks to the form?

Lianne Pimentel: You can use the labels fields to allow multi select, and currently know but we do have thought about getting some more layout related fields. Still collecting user feedback on forms so this is helpful!

Zeb Are we going to have the possibility to add text boxes to the forms at all? I need to be able to include short and long descriptions in some cases but I don't see the possibility to do this? I'm wanting more text information to be available for customers to read on the form, not insert themselves. I am super excited to get this going for a support system and other use cases.

Andrea Liesting: To be clear, you likely know this but you can add multiple text areas to the form (using a custom field). We are going to add a new custom field called "text" in addition to what we have now which is actually a "text area". Does that help?

Zeb: Yes I think that will be extremely helpful. It would be great if we could add those in multiples as well. Sometimes certain areas require more explanation or "sample info" above/prior to the individual input fields. Thanks!

Zeb: I wonder if she meant not a multiple sentence 'text area' custom field, but more of a description for each field, that isn't a fillable field, but more of a HTML type descriptor (and not associated with a custom field column so it doesn't clutter up the task view)

You can only enter one of each field in the form. Any way to allow multiple?

Changes to the field label aren't reflected in the field content for date fields; see screenshot.

Ivan Villa: Super excited to see this integration. However; I'm currently encountering an issue where the submitted fields are not saved.
Instead they are shown as blank fields on the newly created task..
Trying to created a 'Website Client Onboarding' form to collect their credentials, about information, images etc... However nothing seems to save to the newly created task..

Zeb: In reference to the newly released Form feature - for paying customers, especially Business Plans, you need to remove "Productivity by ClickUp." I don't need any of my clients and/or competitors to have insight as to what IT systems our company is using. I hope this provides enough justification.

Rob: I'm with you on this - paying customers are supposed to have a clean white label look - to me that includes any reference to ClickUp, as much as I love the app and the team, this isn't completely cohesive.

Anxiously awaiting news on this feature! Hoping to set up a request form so people can request information from my team and that form completion automatically translate to a new task. We would also need file upload capabilities with the form. It would also be imperative that we are able to download content from the form.

This feature would be such a blessing. We currently do the same thing for every client too. An intake form or some way to have a client submit info right within an assigned task would be awesome.
