No button for exit (or any button at all).
Esc only put me in windows frame but the side bars aren't visible.
Need restart to fix it
Hi there! I'm having the same issue on ClickUp MacOs Desktop App. If you are on the Dashboard, then click on "Open the Dashboard on Fullscreen Mode" it opens the fullscreen mode but there is no "Exit fullscreen Mode" button. If you press the "Esc" key, it exits de MacOs fullscreen mode but it's not possible to access any other ClickApp section because the Side Bar is hidden. The only way to go back to the projects is by refreshing the app (Command+R).
It would be great to open the Dashboard on Fullscreen Mode on a new window, so we can focus on the important tasks and keep an eye on the Dashboard at the same time.
Thanks for reaching out about this! Hmm, it appears we're having trouble recreating the same issue from our end. Could you please send a quick screen recording (we recommend loom.com) showing the full process from your end? We'd love to track down the root of the problem and get this resolved!
@Brent Evans: hey! I did a quick video without voice or anything. I hope it is enough, i really can not show more stuff about this. In the and though I manage to get back to tasks (with side mouse buttons) but still couldn't get back to navigation bar. Needed to restart.
I hope I don't miss anything really bad and just wasting your time.
I appreciate the fast reaction. Keep up the good work.
@Hájos Tamás Balázs: Thanks for the video!
Unfortunately it doesn't provide too much insight on why this would be happening, nor are we able to reproduce this ourselves.
If you wouldn't mind, could you please chat in or email into Help@ClickUp.com? I think a more direct approach would be better suited to figuring out why this might be happening.
