Hey there, Hemanth! My team just got back to me and said to solve the issue with the Desktop app, it will need to be reset.
Reset the Desktop App:
Step 1: Go to "Apps & Features" in Windows, click on "ClickUp Desktop" and select "Remove". Click "Yes" on any prompts you see.
Step 2: Clear out the temporary folder for ClickUp Desktop.
To do this, click on the Start Menu and type "Run"
Select "Run" from the list of options
Type "%APPDATA%" in without quotes, and press "Ok".
If there is one, delete the folders named "ClickUp" and "clickup-desktop"
