Allow creation of multiple connections, each having access to its own set of workspaces
ClickUp currently does not allow creation of multiple connections that vary in the set of workspaces the connection has access to. Subsequent executions of the ClickUp OAuth2 flow do not yield different access tokens, but identical ones, simply updating the set of workspaces the connection has access to. This is described as reauthorization in the ClickUp API documentation. We believe it should be possible to create several independent OAuth2 connections, each with its own set of scopes (workspaces the connection has access to), as featured by many other OAuth2 enabled services.
PUT data in task custom fields via API / Update Task Custom Field via API
We use numerous custom fields but cannot set their values via API. Can't set custom value when creating a task to updating a task via API
Endpoints for List, Folder and Space Templates
Currently we can access task templates in v2. Please add endpoints for list, folder and space templates as well.
Virtual user for API tasks, comments etc.
Being able to create tasks and comments through the API with a virtual user (e.g. apibot or clickbot) would be super useful, since every task created with my token sets me as a watcher which messes up my notifications a lot and distracts me from focussing on tasks that are really meant to have my attention.
Create or modify Custom fields by API
Is it possible to create a new custom field by API and to update a custom field ? I want to dynamically populate dropdown options of a custom field. Thanks
Allow styling of comments in API
Right now, it's only possible to pass along the text for a comment. It'd be great if we can affect things such as weight, size, color, etc for comments using the API. Maybe we could have an option to send the comment text as markdown text?
search by task title
We should have a search endpoint that works the same (with fuzzyness setting) as the search within ClickUp.
Start timer endpoint
Can we have an API endpoint to start and stop time logging "timers" (which are really stopwatches)?
